The following contract details the agreements between HEBRO (aka “JLitt Events & Promotions LLC”) and you with respect to your travel with us. Please read this document carefully as the deposit and payment for your trip constitutes consent to all conditions and provisions included. Tour Costs and Inclusions:All tour costs are based upon the services specified in the itinerary. Hotel accommodations, breakfast daily at your hotel, 3 dinners, and one lunch, taxes, fees, service charges, entrance fees, arrival transfers and departures from Ben Gurion airport, fully air-conditioned deluxe coach bus (June 5-10) and tour guide (June 5-11), tips to guide and driver and the services of Hebro are also included in your package.

Galilee: check-in June 9 / check-out June 10: HAGOSHRIM KIBBUTZ GUESTHOUSE
Tel Aviv:  check-in June 10 / check-out June 14: MENDELI STREET HOTEL
2) Meals:

Items not included:
International flights, visa, passport fees and handling charges, meals other than noted above, alcoholic beverages, travel insurance, items of a personal nature not mentioned in this program, and items not specifically listed as included.

Reservations, Deposits and Payments:
Reservations may be made online at www.myhebro.com or by calling (212) 316-4838. You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of USD $400 per person for your booking to be confirmed. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. Payments may be made by check, credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or via wire transfer. If your booking is made within 60 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Below is the payment schedule:

1. $400 deposit due upon reservation
2. 20 days after reservation: 25% of full payment due
3. 40 days after reservation: 25% of remaining payment due
4. 60 days prior: full payment due

Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via e-mail. Please allow up to 45 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds of final payments will be honored as follows as per the paid fees:

1. 90 days+: $400 cancellation fee
2. 60-89 days prior: 50% cancellation fee
3. 30-59 days prior: 75% cancellation fee
4. 0-29 days prior: no refund

If balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled as per the above fees.

No refunds will be made after commencement of your travel, whether for early termination, voluntary absence, or for any unused services. All disputed and claims regarding services shall first be resolved by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred jointly to mediation or arbitration in New York State. Disputes will be governed by New York law and subject to sole jurisdiction of courts located in New York State.

Travel & Health Insurance:
Trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance are STRONGLY recommended. Please request to add insurance when making your flight arrangements.

Passports and Visas:
All travelers traveling outside of the United States must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months from their date of arrival in any foreign country. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to secure a valid passport with sufficient blank pages for immigration and visa stamps. Hebro cannot be responsible for visas. Any entry denial into Israel is not at the responsibility of Hebro.

Photos and Marketing:
You consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes. If a guest desires not to be included in any promotional videos and pictures, please email us requesting that we do not use photographs, audio, or video recordings of you. Hebro will then attempt to exclude those guests who have emailed such a request, but Hebro does not guarantee that the guest will not be included in promotional materials.

Cancellation by Hebro:
We may cancel a trip at any time up to 60 days before departure. We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events if it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel a trip you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visa or non-refundable flights. We strongly suggest trip cancellation insurance.

Limits on Hebro Responsibility:
Your trip will be arranged by Hebro acting only as agents for the hotels and other suppliers of services included in your trip, their owners, employees and contractors. Hebro does not own or operate any entity that is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. Instead, it arranges lodging accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, ground handling and other services from our supplier associates who are listed in your itinerary and other materials. All such person and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Hebro cannot be liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity, their employees or agents or of any third party.

By the acceptance of your trip, you agree to the foregoing and also agree that neither Hebro (aka “JLitt Events & Promotions, LLC) nor any of its affiliates, officers or agents, shall be or become liable for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services provided resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, pilferage, loss or damage to baggage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, financial defaults of service providers, delays or cancellations in schedules, or from any other causes beyond the control of Hebro including, without limitation, any act of negligence or breech of contract of any independent third party who is to or does supply goods or services for your trip, or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas or other documents, and that neither Hebro nor any of its agents shall be or become liable for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by you as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

Payment of travel deposits and other amounts shall constitute consent to all provisions of this Agreement as set forth therein.

Privacy Statement
Any personal information that we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of Hebro events and/email newsletters. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to operate the Trip.
